With a degree in management, she founded TMK-Invest in 2020, a property investment consultancy, after working as deputy manager of a residential property complex.

With four years’ experience in team management, conflict resolution, recruitment and the opening of residential properties, Tshela has demonstrated her skills and determination.

Her varied roles have enabled her to hone her leadership and management skills, allowing her to navigate the property sector successfully.

Alongside her activities in Belgium, Tshela has expanded her scope of operations internationally. She began investing in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in 2021, before expanding into Guinea and Kenya. Her aim is to make these opportunities accessible to local residents and their diaspora.

She inspires others to invest in property in order to build a lasting legacy to pass on to future generations.
